Chrome (linux) downloads not working

I had a persistent problem since upgrading to openSUSE 11.4 where the download/save as box wouldn't appear in Chrome. The same happened for the upload dialog box. Eventually I found this: http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=107910 ... and realised that my problem was "kdialog". A quicker zypper install and boom! All working again.
